There is only one rule: the booking is always made through one of these channels, not by turning up at the office unannounced. That way we make sure your canoe and your kit are ready when you arrive.
How far in advance is it worth booking?
- July, August and season weekends: better a few days ahead. These are the busiest dates and the best slots go quickly.
- The rest of the season (spring, September-October, weekdays): with more room to spare, and you can often go the same day if there is space.
- No need to book months ahead: we neither make you decide far in advance, nor is it wise to leave it to the last minute in August.

Ways to pay: whatever works for you
No fuss and no technicalities. You have two options and you choose the one you prefer:

- Payment on the day, when you collect the canoe in Arriondas.
The 2026 prices are 35 € for adults and 25 € for children aged 5 to 12, with pets free. No seasonal surcharges and everything included: canoe, paddle, life jacket, transfer, car park, changing rooms and lockers.
Changes and cancellations: with peace of mind
We know plans change and the weather has the final say, so we are flexible:
- You can change or cancel your booking before the day of the activity, at no cost.
- If you paid by card in advance, we need at least 24 hours' notice to process the refund.
- And if it is us who cancel for safety reasons (storm, high water...), we move the date for you or refund the full amount. We cover it in safety on the descent.
What you need to book
To get your booking sorted in a minute, have these to hand:
- The date you want (and an alternative just in case).
- How many of you and the ages, especially if there are children: the activity is suitable from 5 years old and 1.15 m. More in the descent with kids.
- The route: Mini (7 km, ~2h) or Complete (14.5 km, ~4h), both at the same price. Timings in how long it takes.
- If you are coming with a dog, let us know: it goes down free with its canine life jacket.
